If you do not see a refund button next to an order in the Partner System, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
The payment method used for the order
The user role assigned to your user is lower than Manager
Payment Method Determines Refund Options
The availability of the refund button depends on how the customer originally paid for their order.
✅ Payment Methods that support Refunds in the Partner System
To see a refund button in the Partner System, the customer's payment must have been made using one of the following methods:
Refundable bank payments
Card payments (e.g., Visa, MasterCard)
Financing or Pay Later options
BLIK
❌ Payment Methods that do NOT support Refunds in the Partner System
If the customer paid using a regular bank payment, the refund button will not appear.
In this case, you must:
