How to make refunds?
In order to refund BLIK payments, you need to log into Montonio Partner System. Any order paid with BLIK will have a return button that you can use to initiate a return.
Locate and open the specific order that requires a refund.
Click on the "Refund" button and enter the correct refund amount.
Confirm the refund.
Once the refund is processed, the refund status will turn green, indicating the successful refund. If the refund is still pending, it's being processed and hasn't been completed yet.
NB❗BLIK refunds will be made only if there are sufficient funds in the store balance. If there are insufficient funds, the refund will remain with a status of “pending” and the refund will be sent automatically when funds are available.
❗ If you would like to cancel return attempts with BLIK payment, please contact our support team and provide your order number.
(After cancelling the refund in the Montonio system, you will need to contact the customer and make the refund via traditional bank transfer).
