How long it takes to get the refund for end-consumer (BLIK payment)

If a BLIK payment refund is processed, the refund status will turn green, indicating the successful refund. But if the refund is still pending, it's being processed and hasn't been completed yet.

How long does it take?

We process refunds only on business days and transfer them to the BLIK system on the day they are initiated or after the store has received a sufficient balance.

The turnaround time for returns also depends on the ELIXIR session, so the funds reach the end user on the next business day at the latest.

NB ❗ Refunds will be proceeded only if there are sufficient funds in the store balance. If there are not enough funds, the refund will remain with a status of “pending” and the refund will be sent automatically when funds are available.

❗ If you would like to cancel refund attempts with BLIK payment, please contact our support team and provide your order number.

(After cancelling the refund in the Montonio system, you will need to contact the customer and make the refund via traditional bank transfer).
