When a card payment refund is processed, the refund status will turn green, indicating that the refund was successful. If the refund is still pending, it means the refund is in progress and has not yet been completed.
How long does it take?
Depending on the client’s bank, funds will appear in their account:
Adyen card transactions: Refunds typically take up 5 business days.
Stripe card transactions: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days.
