If you can do refunds in our Partner system, then it means that you have your balance and payouts in the Partner system.

What happens if I have an insufficient balance when initiating a refund?
If there are insufficient funds in the Montonio system balance for the refund, the refund will be canceled.
To make a refund, it is necessary to check whether sufficient funds are in the store balance. No refund will be made if funds are not sufficient.

Your balance as well as payouts are shown in our Partner system in the Payouts tab.

How can I do a refund to the customer if I have insufficient balance?
If you have insufficient balance for making refunds, then you can contact your client and make a direct transfer to their bank account or wait till your balance is topped up and then initiate the refund.
