Activate Shipping Carriers in Montonio Partner System
Setting up carriers means connecting your own carrier contracts to Montonio or activating Montonio contracts, so we can create shipments and labels for your orders.
Log in to the Montonio Partner System.
Go to the Home page from the left-hand menu → choose the store from the drop-down menu.
Go to Carriers tab from the left-hand menu → you will see a list of carriers. Choose one and click Get started to start connection.
Enter all required information needed for the specific carrier, like username or API key.
When you activate the first carrier, you also need to accept our Terms.
Configure Montonio Shipping on WooCommerce
Once the shipping carriers have been activated, navigate to your store's admin dashboard:
1. In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Montonio Shipping.
2. Click on API Settings in the top left and add your store's Montonio API keys. Skip this step if you already use Montonio payments and your API keys show as connected (green).

3. Go back to the Shipping tab and tick the Enable Montonio shipping checkbox.
4. Choose which order status to use after a label is printed. For example, printing a label can automatically move the order to Completed.
5. Configure if you want to show shipping carrier logos and parcel machine addresses in your checkout.
6. Click Save changes to finish enabling Montonio Shipping.

You can also see carriers you have activated in Montonio Partner System. This also shows whether each carrier uses a Montonio shipping contract or a direct contract.
Setting up shipping zones
One-click shipping zone setup is only available if you use Montonio Shipping contracts.
Setting up shipping zones is now easier.
For shipping options to appear at your checkout, you need to set up shipping zones.
Setting up shipping zones is now very easy. Just click on the Setup routes button and it will show the preview of different routes and prices available.
Then click Confirm and create and the shipping zones and methods will be created automatically.
You can adjust the zones and methods based on your needs under Settings --> Shipping.

After integrating the Montonio Shipping plugin, you also need to add shipping methods to your checkout according to what you wish to offer to the customers.
