Shipping setups can involve many moving parts. This guide outlines common issues and how to resolve them effectively.

If the courier shipping method is not visible at checkout, verify your checkout form configuration:
If you're using a checkout editor, ensure that the postal code field is marked as mandatory.
The courier method requires a valid postal code to appear. If this field is optional or missing, the courier option will not be shown to customers.

📦 Venipak Error: "Parcel Number Already in Use"
If you're receiving an error stating that the parcel number is already in use, adjust your settings as follows:
Go to your Store Settings in the Partner System → Shipping tab.
Open Venipak settings.
Under the last used parcel number, insert a new number that:
Contains 7 digits
Starts in the millions (e.g.,
2000001
,3000001
,4000001
, etc.)
If You Have Multiple Stores in the Partner System:
Assign unique parcel number ranges for each store:
Store 1: Start from
3000001
Store 2: Start from
5000001
Store 3: Start from
7000001
This helps prevent conflicts between parcel numbers across stores.
