The Shipments tab will become visible once new orders are placed by your customers.
Step 1 - Check that shipping is activated in our Partner System
We've done our best to migrate over all information from from Shipping V1, but just to be sure that everything works smoothly please check the information 🙏
1. Go to the Home page from the left-hand menu --> Choose the store from the drop-down menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Activate or Settings near Shipping.
3. Check that the Sender details are correct.
4. Please make sure all carriers that you wish to use, are activated.
If needed, activate more carriers to offer multiple shipping solutions. You can find instructions for activating HERE.
Step 2 - Upgrade your integration to Version 2
Depending on if you're using a plugin or have a custom integration, there are different steps to take. Read below to find out what are the next steps for you 👇
Montonio Shipping WooCommerce
Log into your WooCommerce admin panel.
Update Montonio for the WooCommerce plugin to the latest plugin version.
After updating our plugin to the latest version, you are automatically migrated to our Shipping V2.
Don't worry about any shipping settings, zones, methods, or classes - we've migrated all your shipping data over to our V2 so that it's easy to start using and nothing changes for your store.
Venipak parcel number already in use error
Note! If you have been using Venipak in v1 Shipping, then after migrating to Shipping V2 the error - Parcel number already in use might appear.
This issue can be fixed as followed:
1. Go to your stores' settings --> Shipping tab.
2. Go to Venipak settings.
The last used parcel number should be in the "millions" - 7 numbers. --> You should try to insert 2000001 / 3000001 / 4000001 etc
If you have multiple stores in our Partner System you would add it as following:
Store 1: You should insert parcel number - 2000001
Store 2: You should insert parcel number - 9000001
Custom integration
Go to our API documentation website to get the new version - docs.montonio.com
