To migrate, you need to follow a few simple steps. Don't worry - we've automated as much as possible for you!
Step 1 - Check that shipping is activated in our Partner System
We've done our best to migrate over all information from from Shipping V1, but just to be sure that everything works smoothly please check the information 🙏
1. Go to Partner System and find Shipping settings under Store settings.
2. Check that the Sender address is correct and you will be sending the package from that address.
3. Check all carriers that you wish to use, are activated.
If needed, activate more carriers to offer multiple shipping solutions. You can find instructions for activating HERE.
Step 2 - Upgrade your integration to Version 2
Depending on if you're using a plugin or have a custom integration, there are different steps to take. Read below to find out what are the next steps for you 👇
WooCommerce plugin
Update Montonio for the WooCommerce plugin.
Log into your WooCommerce admin panel.
Go to "Settings" --> Montonio Shipping.
Select "(NEW) Shipping V2" from the dropdown to enable Shipping V2.
Click "Save the changes".
Don't worry about any shipping settings, zones, methods, or classes - we've migrated all your shipping data over to our V2 so that it's easy to start using and nothing changes for your store.
Custom integration

Magento plugin
Unfortunately, we currently don't support Shipping V2 on Magento yet, but we'll keep you updated on when this becomes available.
