How Montonio International Shipping works?
Cheaper and more streamlined opportunity for Baltic merchants to ship your products to Europe is now available through Montonio. Montonio is partnering with Nova Post, which is a logistics company aggregating different carriers across Europe.
You can send parcels via parcel machines and a courier.
International Shipping destinations
You can ship from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to:
Austria
Czech Republic
Germany
Spain
Hungary
Italy
Netherlands
Poland
Slovakia
France
Romania
Cross-Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
Activate Montonio International Shipping in the Partner System
Montonio International Shipping is available through Partner System and WooCommerce.
1. Log in to Montonio Partner System.
2. Go to the Home page from the left-hand menu --> Choose the store from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Activate/Settings near Shipping.
4. Find Montonio International Shipping --> click Activate.
Calculate Shipping cost
Next you will see a list of countries, where it's possible to ship your products.
In order to see pricing for different destinations click Calculate shipping cost.
To see estimated delivery cost:
Choose preferred route from the drop-down
Choose preferred Shipping method.
Pickup point delivery means parcel machine delivery and in some cases pickup points.
Sample parcel sizes are shown to compare pricing for common parcels.
To see pricing for custom parcel dimensions fill in your own data and calculate.
The delivery cost is calculated using formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 4000
After you have reviewed delivery costs, go back to the activation page and click Activate.
Creating a shipment in the Partner System
After you have activated Montonio International Shipping, you need to create a shipment/label in the Partner System.
Go to the Shipments tab from left-hand menu in the Partner System --> click New shipment.
When filling needed details for the shipment, choose Montonio International Shipping as the carrier.
Fill in the parcel weight and dimensions.
Create the shipment.
Shipping methods
There are two options how you can ship the parcels:
Pickup point delivery - From address to the pickup location e.g. parcel machine.
Exception: If sending parcels with Pickup point delivery shipping method within the Baltics, you can bring the parcel straight to Venipak's parcel machine without calling for the courier.
Courier delivery - From address to the recipient’s address.
Creating Shipment in Partner System
Choose desired shipping method (pickup point or courier delivery).
Schedule a courier pickup.
On WooCommerce side
Shipment comes in.
Schedule a courier pickup in the Partner System.
Make sure you choose Montonio International Shipping as a carrier, when scheduling courier pickup.

When scheduling a courier pickup, make sure you choose Montonio International Shipping to pick up the parcels.

Venipak parcel machines
If you ship between the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) using International Shipping and pickup point delivery method, you can also bring parcels to the Venipak parcel machines yourself.
To do this, use the QR code on the label: scan the code on the locker camera and wait. The system will read it and automatically open the assigned door.

Returns
Returns are currently not supported by Nova Post yet. End-consumer can pick the most convenient carrier for them to return the parcel. You should agree with the end-consumer on the terms of, who is paying for the return parcel.
