Scheduling courier pickup in the Partner System

How to schedule a courier to pick up parcels?

Scheduling courier pickup

1. Log in to the Partner System.

2. Go to Courier pickups tab and click Schedule pickup.

3. Choose your store and carrier.

4. Check your pickup address.

4. Fill in pickup details and Schedule pickup.

Cancel courier pickup

You can also cancel courier pickup directly from the Partner System.

Courier pickup cancellation is currently supported by Omniva and Montonio International Shipping.

1. Go to Courier pickups tab --> click on specific courier pickup you want to cancel.

2. Click Cancel button and confirm cancellation.

Note! Same-day pickups cannot be cancelled, nor can pickups from the past.

Courier pickup statuses

  • Created - the pickup has been successfully scheduled

  • Cancelled - the pickup has been cancelled

  • Pending - the scheduling process is not finished yet
