The courier pickup ordering will only work if you have chosen the pickup method as Courier when activating Unisend.
Unisend pickup rules
If you are using a direct contract with Unisend, then this feature is unavailable as for Unisend direct contracts courier is ordered automatically when the parcel is registered.
You can schedule a Unisend courier for same-day pickup, but if you miss the cutoff time, the courier can be scheduled only for the next day."
Unisend couriers typically pick up parcels at the earliest opportunity, either in the afternoon of the same day or the following day.
Unisend by Montonio pickup rules
The same rules apply to Unisend by Montonio contract that are described above.
If the pickup has under 5 parcels it will cost 4€ + VAT.
Note! Unisend by Montonio means that you don't have a separate agreement with Unisend, Montonio offers you pricing, sends you the invoice, and helps with parcel-related issues, while Unisend still delivers the packages - Unisend by Montonio
