When ordering a courier for Unisend parcel pickup, you might encounter the following error message:
No parcels with Courier Pickup handover method and with Label Printed status since last pickup. Please check your shipments.
In this article, we will explain what each error means and how to resolve it.
When this Error appears?
This error occurs when a courier has already been called for a pickup, but not all parcels created before that pickup were actually handed over. The system assumes that all Label Printed shipments from that pickup were successfully collected, so it doesn’t allow a new pickup request for the remaining parcels.
Example situation:
On May 15th, a courier was scheduled via the Partner System to pick up Unisend parcels. The merchant handed over 3 parcels, but one parcel remained in the warehouse.
The next day, the merchant had no new parcels to ship. When they attempted to order a courier pickup through the Partner System again, they encountered the following error:
No parcels with Courier Pickup handover method and with Label Printed status since last pickup. Please check your shipments.
This means that all shipments created and with labels printed before the courier pickup on May 15th are considered collected by the courier. Therefore, the system does not allow you to order another pickup for these shipments.
How to Fix this Issue?
You have two possible solutions:
Solution I:
If some packages were not picked up and you want to send them later, you can create new shipments and print new package labels for them. This way, the system will recognize them as new packages that require pickup. But this will create a new tracking code for the shipment.

Solution II:
If you've already sent the customer their tracking number and don’t want to confuse them by generating a new one, you can use this workaround:
Manually create a new “test” shipment and order a courier pickup for it. When the courier arrives, instead of handing over the new (test) shipment, give them the original parcel that you still wish to send.

N.B❗️Before ordering a courier pickup for Unisend parcels, please ensure that Courier Pickup is selected as the handover method in your store settings.
How to check current Unisend Handover Method?
Sign in to the Montonio Partner System.
In the Home menu, find Shipping service and click on Settings.
Locate Unisend x Montonio and click Settings again.
Under Preferences, you’ll find the option to set your default handover method.
You have two options:
You bring parcels to a parcel machine – in this case, you must take the parcels to the nearest parcel machine. Courier pickup is not available with this setting.
Courier picks up from your warehouse – with this option, you can order a courier pickup directly from your business address.
Make sure the correct option is selected based on how you plan to hand over your parcels.
How to Change the Handover Method for a Single Parcel:
If you only want to change the handover method for one specific parcel, follow these steps:
On the left-side menu, click Shipments, then select the desired parcel.
On the right-side panel, click Edit.
Under Shipping Method, find the Handover Method field and open the dropdown menu.
Select your preferred handover method
Don't forget to click Update Shipment for the changes to take effect.
