For InPost by Montonio Courier pickups to work:
You can choose the default parcel handover method for all of your parcels in InPost by Montonio activation flow, as Courier picks up from your warehouse.
Or if you want to bring most of the parcels to the parcel machine by yourself, but in some rare cases, order a courier pickup, then you can change it for each shipping label. Either create a new shipment manually or Edit the shipping label in the Partner system and choose InPost courier pickup. After changing the handover method, you need to reprint the label.
Make changes under Shipping -> Carriers -> InPost -> Configurations
Or by editing the label -> Destination -> Handover method
InPost by Montonio pickup rules
InPost by Montonio allows courier pickup from 1 parcel.
You have to have at least 1 parcel with printed label to be able to schedule a courier pickup
InPost couriers typically pick up parcels at the earliest opportunity, either in the afternoon of the same day or the following business day.
Pickup Window: The exact time is coordinated with the local InPost branch, typically occurring before 5:00 PM.
