Courier pickups for SmartPosti are supported for both direct and Montonio contracts.
How to schedule a courier pickup?
You can easily schedule the courier pickup for SmartPosti directly from the Partner system. Learn more here: Scheduling courier pickup in the Partner System
When scheduling courier pickup, an email with pickup details will be sent to SmartPosti. They will contact you to confirm the pickup.
Courier pickup rules
Courier pickups through Smartposti by Montonio are free starting from 1 parcel. And the pickup interval must be at least 2 hours.
You can schedule a courier pickup on workdays:
In Estonia till 19:00
In Lithuania till 17:00
In Latvia till 18:00
In Riga, you can choose a preferred courier pickup time window of at least 2 hours. However, SmartPost does not guarantee pickup within the chosen time window.
In other parts of Latvia, SmartPosti will pick up the parcels 9:00-18:00.
Same-day courier pick up requests can be created until:
In Estonia until 11:00
In Lithuania until 10:00
In Latvia:
Until 14:00 in Riga, Ventspils, Liepaja, Valmiera, Jelgava, Talsi
Until 9:00 in other parts of Latvia
