Montonio shipping is currently supported for Magento 2 and it's a separate plugin from the payments.
Integrating with Magento 2 requires advanced IT know-how since you need to manually install the module via Composer. Check out our guide to make sure you finish all installation and configuration steps for using Montonio Shipping.
