Note! This article explains how to withdraw financing contracts if your customer already received their order.

At times, customers may wish to withdraw their purchases for various reasons. That's why we offer the option to withdraw contracts directly from the Partner System. This streamlined process allows you, as our merchant, to facilitate it with just one click.

How to withdraw the financing contract:

  1. End-consumer sends the product back to the merchant.

  2. Merchant receives and confirms the return is good, then --> refunds from Partner system. Note! The refund button = is the cancel contract button in the Partner System).

  3. Inbank cancels a contract on their side.

You as a merchant can cancel Financing or BNPL contracts in our system up to 60 days after the order was funded.

What if the customer does not want to return the whole order, but only a few of the products that were ordered?

If the customer wants to return only a few items or the sum of the order should be reduced for some other reason, then the same logic works here as well:

  1. End-consumer sends the product back to the merchant.

  2. The merchant receives and confirms the return is good, then --> refunds from the Partner system (when refunding, write returned product price).

  3. Inbank cancels contract on their side.
