Possible reasons
1. DPD does not have the service enabled for you.
2. DPD has an old 'Service Alias' for your business in the DPD system and DPD has to update it. This error usually occurs when selecting the courier delivery option.
How to fix it?
1. Check if you have paid your DPD invoice 💸
2. Contact DPD about this, as they should be able to fix it.🧑🔧
Error while entering credentials when activating DPD shipping
Possible reasons and solutions:
DPD has not generated an API key that prevents the parcel machines from being turned on.
Solution: Contact DPD and they will know what to do to fix it.Store’s "Country" is marked different than where the owner has signed contracts with delivery providers. We send the info to incorrect API url, because every language has their own url:

Solution: Change the "Country" field for your store in Partner System to match the country you have the DPD contract with and try again.
