Printing labels

You can print labels from our Partner System. These labels are created automatically from the web store orders. Read more here.

  • Select with filters if you want to print all carriers or one carrier at a time - we can combine everything into one fail if needed.

  • Configure your printing settings - select if there's 1 label per page, 4, 6, or 8 and what's the paper size (A4 and A6). Choose the best option for your printer.

  • You can select how to order labels - by shipping carriers or chronologically by order creation time.

Shipments related features

Copy and Edit shipments

If you get an error with your shipment, then you can easily open up edit mode in our Partner System and fix errors, to then try to re-register the shipment. No need to manually start creating a new shipment!

Just click on the failed shipment --> click the Edit or Copy button and change the needed info.

PS! You can actually change all shipments, so this functionality can even be used to update the shipping method or change the phone number if needed. Read more here.

Archiving shipments

You need a way to hide shipments that no longer require action, like failed shipments with outdated credentials or orders stuck in the wrong status. This helps you focus only on what still needs packing and printing, beyond just filtering by status.

Tick the box for a specific shipment and the Archive button will appear.

Creating new shipments

Create new labels and shipments directly from our Partner System. With our solution, you don't need to log in to each carriers' self-service system separately to create a new label from scratch. We've also pre-filled the sender address for you, so that you have to input as little information as possible. Read more here.

This can be done with the "New shipment" button in the Partner System:

Pick List

The Pick List feature in the Montonio Partner System is designed to streamline and speed up the order packing process for merchants. Instead of switching between multiple tools, you can now generate, print, and organize a complete list of your orders

Montonio Tracking Page

The Montonio tracking page is a website we have created, where consumers can look at the parcel statuses. It brings together data from each carrier and displays the same statuses that you would otherwise see on Omniva, DPD, etc pages.

We are able to put the merchant logo onto the page so that merchants can be top-of-mind for the consumer in the whole parcel journey. In addition, the end-consumer is able to see who the parcel is coming from, and what’s the order number and date - data that they otherwise would not see on a tracking page.

Other functionalities

  1. Filters - You can use multiple different filters to narrow down the shipments list.
For example, you can filter by status, and only have orders that are in "Registered" status so you can easily find orders which should be printed.

  2. Tracking number - Each order has a corresponding tracking number given by the shipping carrier. Each tracking number is linked to that parcel’s tracking page, so you can check the status of orders easily.

  3. Search bar in checkout - We have added a search bar for parcel terminals in the checkout. Customers can just type in their parcel terminal name or address to find it faster without scrolling through the whole list.

  4. Custom emails with tracking numbers - We created a placeholder in WooCommerce, so that you can add the tracking number to outgoing emails automagically. You just have to use our placeholder and the email will get the right tracking number for the specific order email. Read more about it here.
