In the Montonio's Partner System, you can access our Shipping Analytics Dashboard, the first of its kind in the market, providing visibility into shipping providers' performance.
🔍 What does the Shipping Analytics Dashboard include?
You can analyze the total number of shipments per carrier, track how much every carrier takes in average to deliver packages, and identify whether specific carriers have more delayed packages than others.
Key Metrics:
Average Shipment Delivery Time per Month: This metric calculates the average time it takes for shipments to be delivered each month, providing a clear picture of delivery performance trends over time.
Carrier Volume Over Time: This metric tracks the total number of shipments handled by each carrier over a specific period. You can use this to identify peak seasons and trends in carrier usage.
Total Shipments by Carrier: This metric shows the number of shipments handled by each carrier.
Not Delivered Parcels: This metric shows the number of shipments that haven't been successfully delivered. A parcel is considered "not delivered" if it has been marked as lost, returned to sender, or has not reached its destination for any other reason.
Shipments Exceeding 7-Day Delivery by Carrier: This metric highlights shipments that are delayed. A shipment is considered delayed if it has exceeded the 7-day delivery window promised by the carrier.
Pickup Point Location Distribution: This metric provides an overview of the geographical distribution of your pickup locations, helping you analyze regional trends and optimize your logistics.
