If you are encountering a "Merchant Not Found" error when using the Montonio payment solution, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Verify API Keys

  1. The first step is to make sure that your API keys are entered correctly.

  2. To do this, log in to your Partner System account, go to the "Store" section, and select your shop.

  3. You will get into your store settings, where you need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Go to API keys" button. Copy-paste the keys into your integration to ensure that there are no missing or extra characters. If necessary, make corrections and save the settings.

  4. Click on "View API keys"

  6. Check Environment: Make sure that the environment you are using (e.g., sandbox, production) is correct for your needs.
