How do Refundable bank payments work?

When you turn on Refundable bank payments, any order where the buyer paid by bank transfer will be held in the Montonio balance, so you can easily initiate a refund to a customer when it's needed.

With this service, you can only make refunds for orders paid by bank transfer.

Where can I find my orders and payouts for Refundable bank payments?

All amounts and payments are reflected in the Orders and Payouts in the Payouts window in the Partner System.

We will send you the bulk amounts of your orders according to the payout frequency you choose. When you activate the service, you set this yourself: choose whether the payouts are made daily, weekly, or monthly. The payouts are made automatically to your account.

But what happens if I have an insufficient balance when initiating a refund?

If there are insufficient funds in the Montonio system balance for the refund, the refund won't be initiated.

To make a refund, it is necessary to check whether or not you have a sufficient amount of funds in the store balance. You can check this from the Payouts tab in the Partner System. If you try to initiate a refund with an insufficient balance then the refund will fail.
