In the Event Log, you may sometimes notice the "Order reused" event:
In most cases, this just means that the customer went back to the checkout and tried again.
This happens most often in WooCommerce. Because WooCommerce doesn't change the Order ID, we also don't create a new Order in Montonio. Instead, we reuse the existing Order so that you wouldn't see duplicate Orders in our Partner System.
