How to start accepting Card Payments

After you have clicked "Activate" Card payments in our Partner system, you will be redirected to the Stripe Onboarding flow.

To get started, you'll need to go through the Stripe registration process.

Stripe's onboarding process is designed to gather important information about your business and its representatives. This information is necessary for Stripe to provide you with their services and ensure the security of your financial transactions.

Verify you represent this business

Verify that you represent or own the business. Add your job title, date of birth, and home address.

Provide information about your business representatives

In addition to information about your business, Stripe will also need information about the individuals who represent your business. This includes their names, email addresses, and roles within the company. You may also be asked to provide identification documents for these individuals.

This information is necessary for Stripe to verify the identity of your business and its representatives. This helps to prevent fraud and ensure the security of your financial transactions.

Review and confirm

Once you have provided all the necessary information, Stripe will review your application and may request additional information if needed. Once your application is approved, you'll be able to start accepting card payments through Stripe.

Some of the additional verification steps may include:

Identity verification documents

Acceptable forms of identification:

  • Passport

  • Driver's license

  • Identity card

  • Residence permit

Address verification documents

Acceptable forms of address verification:

  • Residence registration

  • Utility bill - dated within 6 months

  • Bank statement - dated within 6 months

How should I know if any additional documents are needed?

Stripe asks for some of the information upfront depending on your business type and volumes. And Stripe also may request some additional information after some time.

We will send you a notification email to ask you to provide us with documents. Our support will take care of providing the documents to Stripe.

Note! The onboarding process may take a few days to complete. This is because Stripe needs to verify the information you have provided and ensure the security of their services.
