How finish the registration process to Montonio's Partner System if your account status is "Awaiting signatory confirmation."

Welcome to Montonio! If you're having trouble finishing the registration process, don't worry, we're here to help. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to finish registration to the Montonio partner system.

Note! Only a person with the signatory rights*, i.e. a person who has the right to represent the company according to the business registry and/or the individual holding Power of Attorney* can confirm the company's details. Power of Attorney needs to be confirmed by a notary.

A person with signatory rights* - A person with signatory rights is someone who has the legal authority to sign documents on behalf of an organization or entity. Signatory rights are often given to executives, directors, or other senior-level individuals within a company, but they can also be granted to others depending on the company's policies or structure.

An individual holding Power of Attorney* - An individual holding Power of Attorney (POA) is someone who has been legally authorized to act on behalf of another person (the "principal") in legal, financial, or medical matters.

Step 1: Sign in to partner.montonio.com

To finish the registration process, you need to sign in to our partner system. Make sure you use the correct email address that you used when signing up. If you don't remember your password, click on the "Forgot password" button to reset it.

Step 2: Confirm business details

Once you've signed in, you'll see a yellow banner that says to complete your business info. It means that a signatory (manager, board member, director) must confirm your business details before Montonio can activate the services for your company. Click on "Confirm business info" to proceed.

Step 3: Review business details

You'll see the business details that you provided during the registration process. Please review them carefully and make sure they are correct. If you need to make any changes, click on the field you want to update and add the necessary information.

Documents

You will have to upload some of the documents based on the business registry.

The mandatory document is the Business registration certificate not older than 6 months. However, it is possible that our compliance department can ask you to upload some additional documents.

You can save the details and continue later or if you have filled everything on the page just click "Next page" and it will save all information automatically.


Beneficial owners

Note! You should add all beneficial owners of your business. Beneficial owners are individuals directly or indirectly owning more than 25% of company shares. If there is no one owning more than 25%, individuals owning more than 10% must be registered

To add a new stakeholder, click the "Add a stakeholder" button. Fill in all needed information. And if you need to edit or add additional information connected with a specific beneficial owner click the "Edit" button.

Step 4: Accept terms and conditions

Once you've reviewed your business details and everything is correct, you'll need to accept our terms and conditions. Read the terms carefully and click on the "Accept" button to proceed.

Step 5: Verify your identity

Finally, you'll need to verify your identity with either Veriff or e-ID options. This step is important to ensure that we're complying with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. Follow the instructions provided by the verification provider to complete the process.

NOTE! The signatory person, who is above the Terms and Conditions is the one who has to verify himself

Step 6: Wait for activation

Once you've completed all the steps, you're done! Montonio will review your application and activate your services. Usually, it takes 1-2 business days for us to activate your account.

In some cases, the review might take more time, but the Montonio team will let you know about the status of your account.
