What does a successfully initiated card payment refund look like in the Partner System?
When a card payment refund is processed, the refund status turns green — this indicates the refund was successful. If the status is still pending, the refund is in progress and has not yet been sent to the customer's bank.
How long does it take?
The time it takes for funds to appear in the customer's account depends on their bank. In most cases, card refunds are completed within 5 business days.
