Card Payment Partner Update
Until November 2025, card payments were processed by Stripe. Montonio is now partnering with Adyen as the new card processor and will be migrating the existing merchant base to the new system. No action is required from merchants.
During the transition, your store will be moved to the new processing system. Once the transition is complete, you will receive confirmation via email.

Choosing Your Payout Frequency for Card Payments
Adyen payout frequency options
You will have three options for payout frequency:
Daily: Payouts will consist of payments made on each day, and will be paid out daily with a +2 workday buffer.
Weekly Payouts will consist of payments made during the previous week. Payouts are paid out every Monday.
Monthly: Payouts will consist of payments made during the previous month. Payouts are paid out on the first day of each month (for example, the payout on April 1st would include March payments).
For Daily payouts, payments are processed every day, but the T+2 buffer applies, meaning funds will reach your account 2 business days after the transaction date (T). Payouts are not made on weekends or holidays, which may further affect these timelines.

Merchants who are still using Stripe will keep the same payout frequency options: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
However, for merchants using Stripe’s daily payout frequency, payouts follow a T+3 schedule, meaning they are made 3 business days after the transaction date (T).

How to change it?
To change the card payments payout frequency, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Montonio Partner System.
2. Go to the Home page from the left-hand menu.
3. Choose the store from the drop-down menu (if you have multiple stores).
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page → click Settings near Card payments.
5. You will be redirected to Card payment settings, change to your desired payout frequency.
Note! If you choose Daily payouts, then money will be paid out daily, but it will take 2 business days to reach you.
You can not change your payout frequency if you have payouts in Pending status. You will need to wait until their status changes to Settled.
