When you encounter an error on our website, our Tech Support team may ask you to take a screenshot of the console so they can debug it. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Right-click with the mouse on the web page where you encountered the error.

Step 2: From the context menu, select "Inspect" or "Inspect Element." This will open the Developer Tools panel.

Step 3: If you can't see the Console tab in the panel, make the panel bigger by dragging from the left edge.

Step 4: Click on the "Console" tab in the upper menu bar of the Developer Tools panel. This will show you the error code that came up when you clicked somewhere and the error occurred.

Step 5: Take a picture of the error code on the Console tab by using your device's screenshot function or a third-party screenshot tool. Make sure the entire Console tab is visible in the screenshot.

Step 6: Send the screenshot to our Tech Support team, so they can use it to debug the error and provide a solution to you.

By following these steps, you can easily take a screenshot of the console and help our Tech Support team diagnose and fix any issues you encounter in our Partner System.
