✅ When you Can Change your Business Name
You can change your business name in the Partner System if only the name has changed and your business registry code remains the same.
Steps to Change just the Business Name
To update your business name in this case:
Ensure your business registry code is unchanged.
Contact our support team to request the name update:

Our team will verify your details and assist with updating your business name accordingly.
❌ When you need to Register a New Business
If you have:
A new business name, and
A new registry code
...this means you are operating a completely new business entity. In this case, the business name cannot be updated within your existing Partner System profile.
What to do for a New Business Entity
To start using Montonio services with your new business:
Log in to your existing Montonio Partner System account.
Register the new business from your account dashboard.
Complete the onboarding process for the new business.
Once verified, you can start using Montonio under the new entity.
