If you own multiple e-stores or domains operating under one company, you can conveniently add new stores to your existing account in Montonio Partner System.
⚠️ Important: Each store or new domain registered in the Partner System must use a dedicated set of Live API keys, which are available in the Partner System.
It is prohibited to use the same set of API keys for two separate domains/stores.
New store
To add a new store to your business in Montonio:
In the left-hand menu, click Business Settings → Stores.
Click Add Store in the top-right corner.
Fill out the new store form and submit your request.
For your convenience, we’ll already pre-fill out some information in the form. Please correct the information as needed.
Make sure to double-check all provided information before submitting the request.
⚠️ Account holder name must be the same as your business name.
Website Requirements
Make sure to provide a public link to your e-store. Our team won’t be able to access or review a password-protected website.

Can I edit store's information?
You will not be able to edit your store information when it is in pending status. Once your store is approved and any information needs to be changed, reach out to Montonio support for assistance.
How long does it take to review a new store?
Our team reviews new stores within 2 working days. We will let you know as soon your store is review.
Store statuses
These are the store statuses that you can see in the Partner System.
Pending | The store has been submitted for review. |
Additional questions | The store couldn’t be activated, and we’ve sent additional questions to your business contact email. |
Active | The store has been approved and activated. |
Rejected | The store has been rejected by Montonio. |
Deactivated | The store has been disabled, and all associated payment solutions have been deactivated. |
