When developing our module, we tried to take into account many popular PrestaShop themes. However, some less popular themes have implemented elements of the checkout in a non-standard way and require either design modifications or complete workarounds to be compatible with Montonio.
What does it mean if I use CSS changes for design or custom HTML and PHP code?
If the store’s theme does not work with our module out-of-the-box and requires CSS changes for design modifications or custom HTML and PHP code in the theme, this responsibility lies with the merchant’s developer. Montonio does not provide custom code help in case the module does not work out of the box.
PS! We recommend installing our module and test payments in Sandbox mode as early as possible. This way you ensure your store is compatible with the module as early as possible.
