Exporting payouts
A few months ago we introduced Payouts to Montonio's dashboard - well now you can also export the payout data for ease of use! We currently allow to download an excel file of the payout transactions, so that your accountants can easily match orders to each payout 👏

New order statuses
We have introduced 3 new statuses that help you better manage your orders. These statuses are currently available to custom integrations over API. Stay tuned to our product updates to find out when these statuses come available to plugins as well!
Authorized - We've introduced an intermediary status for payments that don't get confirmed instantly. The status is used when a customer has authorized the payment in their bank, but the bank still needs to confirm on their end. Once everything is okay, the order will go to paid status.
Please contact Montonio's Customer Support at [email protected] in case you wish to activate the Authorized status for your online store
Voided - In some cases banks can also cancel payments that were initially paid. We'll mark these orders as voided and alert you if this happens.
Abandoned - Currently orders are left in Pending status if the order isn't paid. We've introduced the abandoned status to let you know if the customer has decided to not make the payment. By default an order is marked as abandoned if there is no action in 30 minutes. This is a great way to understand which orders have been not finished by the users.
Important note about the Abandoned status - this status is not enabled by default for merchants who are already using Montonio's API. Please review the API documentation to implement the new Abandoned status.
Of course, we have also updated our API documentation to reflect all of the new statuses.
Partner System updates
We've also put a lot of emphasis on improving the user experience of our Partner System, so that you can access and manage your online store better.
Activating new services
The biggest change is that we've put all the products available to your business under the same place in store settings. You can now view and activate all Montonio products and their statuses under Products tab with a few clicks.
We have also included links to our help center to each product, so that you can easily set up our solutions and find questions to your answers.
Copy buttons
Next time you need to contact our customer support, you can help the easily trouble shoot by copying over the order ID, store ID or whatever you need help with. This has now been made easier with copy buttons. Check the image below to see it work:
Easier access to business data
You might also have noticed an upgrade to the business settings page. We have implemented our new designs also to the settings page, so that you can better understand where to access your business data and documents.

Refunding functionality for Woo and Magento
If you're using Montonio's refunding functionality for Bank or Card payments, then we've got some great news for you. We have a new update to our WooCommerce and Magento 2 plugins to include refunding directly from the store backend. Whenever you get a request to refund, you can use the refunding button in Woo or Magento to initiate a transfer to the customer.

New shipping features in our WooCommerce plugin
We're super excited to announce that we've been hard at work to provide you even more shipping functionalities in our Woo plugin.
When using our WooCommerce plugin for shipping, you can now:
Turn off parcel machines delivery for individual products
Allow free shipping based on the number of items in the shopping cart
Add shipping classes to set up more expensive shipping for heavier products - Read more about this in Estonian
