You now have the convenience of exporting Stripe and bank payment payout statements straight from our Partner System. This feature allows you to obtain detailed information about your payouts in a downloadable format, making it easier to manage your accounting. Follow the guide below to export payouts from our Partner System.
Step-by-Step Guide for Exporting payments:
Log in to Partner System
Go to the "Payouts" section in your account.
Select and click on the payouts you want to export.
The detail of the selected payout will show up on the right side, click “Export Statement” to initiate the export.
Find the generated file in Excel format in your downloaded files.
NB! If the payout is still pending and not marked as "Successful," you won't be able to export it yet.
Note: If the download doesn't work at first, it might be because the browser blocks pop-ups. Please allow pop-ups and try again.
That's it! Now you can easily export your payouts and keep track of your transactions.
