Activate Parcel delay emails
You can easily activate Parcel delay emails from the Partner System:
Log in to the Partner System.
Go to the Home page from the left-hand menu --> Choose the store from the drop-down menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Activate/Settings near Shipping.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, find Parcel delay emails and click Activate.
