New pricing packages to better support the wide range of merchants we serve – from businesses just getting started to fast-growing ecommerce brands. The plans offer different levels of features and services, but all still include Montonio’s best-converting checkout with all the best payment and shipping methods.
Here are some of the changes in the new plans:
Removal of the Shipping subscription fee
Lower pricing for multi-product setups
New plans for advanced and highly customised setups
Updated transactional pricing in some packages

🔁 Flexibility across Plans
Starter plan:
The Starter plan includes Montonio’s highest-converting checkout, featuring card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay – always enabled for the best conversions on both mobile and desktop.
Shipping is managed entirely through Montonio’s own carrier network, so you can start shipping right away at pre-negotiated prices without the hassle of setting up your own carrier contracts.
The Starter plan is ideal for new and lower volume merchants who want the best shipping and payment options included for the best converting checkout.
Core plan:
The Core plan builds on the same checkout experience as Starter, but offers lower transaction fees and the option to connect your own carrier contract integration at €5 per month per carrier. This provides more flexibility and control while still managing all shipping operations – including label printing – through Montonio.
Core is suitable for most merchants handling moderate to high volumes who want to benefit from better pricing and added flexibility.
Core Flex and Custom plans:
For merchants who need full control and flexibility, Core Flex and Custom plans unlock advanced features and customisation options.
Core Flex – Integrate unlimited direct carriers at no extra cost, disable cards and mobile wallets if desired, and access custom workflows.
Custom – Fully tailored setup with personalised volume-based pricing, integrations, and a dedicated account manager.
These plans are designed for enterprise-level merchants or those requiring deeper control over their checkout and shipping options.

Card payments and mobile wallets (Apple and Google Pay) are always enabled for Starter and Core plans, providing a simple setup and the best-converting checkout.

Higher-tier plans offer more flexibility around shipping and payment methods.
You can see the new pricing plans here. Pricing is exclusive of VAT.
You have the flexibility to upgrade and downgrade your plan at any time. But if the subscription change is requested mid-month, the new package will take effect the following month.
The Core plan applies to Shopify users.
