When can I change it?
You have the flexibility to adjust your subscription before the new billing cycle (calendar month) begins. If the subscription change is requested mid-month, the new package will take effect the following month.
Example
If you request a change to your subscription package on December 15th, your invoice at the beginning of January will reflect the previous package. The new package will be in effect from January and invoiced in February.
What if I don't need Montonio's service during a specific month?
Monthly subscription is charged every month until canceled, so we recommend unsubscribing if you don’t need our services during a particular month. This way, you can make sure to minimize your costs.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. To cancel your subscription, contact our support team via the chat in the bottom right corner.
Will I be charged the subscription fee from the moment I sign up?
No, we won't charge you the subscription fee from the moment you sign up. You will only be charged after your account is activated. This means you have completed the KYC process and have been approved by our AML team.
How can I get more details on the pricing changes?
All merchants affected by the price changes will receive a detailed email outlining the specifics of the update and the new monthly subscription fee.
