When will I receive the invoice/s?
The invoices are sent at the beginning of each month to the email address you have provided in our Partner System.

Please, make sure that the email you have provided is correct and that you are still using it.
VAT
If you have had any changes regarding VAT, then please, contact our support team, so they can make changes in our systems.
The first month is free of charge if (this applies if you use only Bank payments):
If you have started using Montonio after the 3rd of the month, and your monthly number of payments is less than 100 payment transactions, then the first month of use is free of charge and no invoice will be generated for your company.
