What does the customer journey look like in a payment solution?
On the payment page in the online store, the customer selects the bank from which he wants to initiate the payment and is directed to the bank for authentication.
If the customer has several accounts in the selected bank, he / she selects the account from which he / she wishes to initiate the payment and is shown the payment details. If he has only one account with the selected bank, he will be shown the payment details immediately. In the last step, the customer confirms the payment and is redirected back to the online store.
How to activate Montonio payment solution?
