How to enable Shipping returns?

If you as a merchant want to enable free returns for your customers, you can do it in our Partner System.

Enabling returns for your customers is only available in the Partner System for Venipak direct contracts or Omniva by Montonio, Unisend by Montonio, and DPD by Montonio.

You should contact directly each carrier if you have direct contracts and you want to enable returns for them as well.

What does enabling returns mean?

Your customer will get a parcel locker code that they can use to return the parcel within 14 days of the parcel's arrival. This code will be in the same SMS that they get when the parcel arrives at the machine.

The returns are free for your customers, but you as a merchant will have to pay for the return. When using Montonio pricing, the returns price can be found in each carrier's settings. If you have your own contracts, then the price depends on the agreement with that specific carrier.

How to enable returns for your customers in the Partner System?

1. Log in to the Partner System.

2. Go to Shipping settings (where you have activated different carriers).

3. Go to the shipping carrier settings you want to enable returns for.

4. Tick the box near "Yes, send SMS return code." --> Save the changes.
