How to set up SmartPosti in the Partner System

To start using SmartPosti through Montonio you have to have a business contract signed with the shipping carrier. If you don't have it yet, get in touch with Smartposti yourself.

Smartposti is available for sending from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

How to set up SmartPosti?

1. Go to the Home page from the left-hand menu --> Choose the store from the drop-down menu.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Activate near Shipping.

3. Find SmartPosti and click Activate.

5. Choose the country with which you have signed the contract.

6. Click Activate again and you're done!

Courier pickup scheduling

You can easily schedule a courier pickup directly from the Partner System using SmartPosti direct agreement. Learn more here: SmartPosti courier pickup rules

An email with pickup details will be sent to SmartPosti, and they will contact you to confirm the pickup.

Returns

Returns for SmartPosti are now supported by default to all merchants. Note that SMS returns are not supported.

For your customer to create a return:

  • Advise your customer to go the Smartposti self service --> where the customer needs to enter original parcel tracking code.

  • With that return label, the customer should send the parcel back to you.
