How to set up Venipak in the Partner System

To start using Venipak through Montonio you have to have a business contract signed with the shipping carrier. If you don't have it yet, get in touch with Venipak yourself.

Step 1 - Set up Venipak connection

Note! You need to switch from the business view to the store view to be able to go to the store settings.

  1. Go to Shipping under Store settings and find Venipak.

  2. Click on "Activate"

  3. Enter your Venipak self-service username and password - what you use to log in to Venipak system.

  4. Choose the country which you have signed the Venipak contract with.

  5. Enter the last used parcel number for Venipak:

    • If you have never used Venipak before, you can write 0 in this field.

    • If you used another plugin before, we need to know the last used parcel number, so that we don't create duplicates that cause errors.

      • Write the last 7 digits of the parcel tracking code of the most recent Venipak order in your store.

      • Example: Tracking code is V26775E1001235 so you should write 1001235.

    • If in doubt, you can also just write 2000000 and it should work.

  6. Select if you want to enable returns for your customers and for how many days the returns are enabled.

  7. Click "Activate" again and you're done!

Step 2 - Test if Venipak works

Before adding Venipak to your checkout, you should also test if the connection works without errors. To do this, you need to create a new shipment with Venipak - if there are no errors then proceed to add it to your store.

How to make a new shipment:

  1. Click on New shipment.

  2. Check that Sender details are correct.

  3. Select Venipak as the shipping method.

  4. Add in receiver details and make sure the phone number is valid.

  5. Click Create shipment - if the package gets Registered status then everything works!

    1. If you get an error with the parcel number already being used, then go into settings and add a new number, then try again.
