If you own multiple e-stores or domains operating under one company, you can conveniently add new stores to your existing account in Montonio Partner System.
New store
To add a new store to your business in Montonio just go to your Stores overview page and click on “Add store”. From there you can fill out the new store form and submit the request.
For your convenience, we’ll already pre-fill out some information in the form. Please correct the information as needed. Also, make sure to double-check all provided information before submitting.
NOTE! Account holder name must be the same as your business name.
Website
Make sure to provide us with a public link to view your e-store. Our team won’t be able to access a password-protected website.

Edit your store information
You will not be able to edit your store information when it is in pending status. Once your store is approved and any information needs to be changed, reach out to Montonio support for assistance.
How long does it take to review a new store?
Our team reviews new stores within 2 working days. We will let you know as soon your store is review.
Store statuses
These are the store statuses that you can see in the Partner System.
Pending - when the store has been submitted for review
Additional questions - means the store couldn’t be activated and we’ve forwarded additional questions to your email.
Active - when the store has been approved and activated
Rejected - when the store has been rejected from Montonio's side
Deactivated - when the store has been disabled, all payment solutions get deactivated with the store.
