After adding stakeholders, there is a need to accept the terms and conditions.
Who can accept the T&C?
Signatory user
This is the person who can agree to Montonio’s terms and conditions on behalf of your company. And this person has to have the legal right to represent the company.
How to accept the T&C?
If you are a signatory representative:
On the terms and conditions step click the "Select a signatory" button.
Next, this window will appear, where you need to choose whether yourself (your name will appear on top) or if you have the power of attorney, you can choose it.
Then click on a small circle near your name and then click on the "Continue as this signatory" button.
If you are not the signatory representative:
On the terms and conditions step click the "Select a signatory" button.
You have to invite the stakeholder to the Partner System that you have added to the "Stakeholders" step, so they can accept the terms and conditions.
Just choose the person, by clicking on a small circle. Then click "Invite this person"
Next, type in the signatory's email and send them the invite, and that's it.
The signatory will get an email to set up a password. After the signatory does that the terms and conditions will need to be accepted by ticking three boxes.
Confirm Business Information
Click the "Confirm the business info" button at the bottom of the page and choose how you want to verify your identity.
