Where to find invoices?
You can find all your valid invoices in your email specified in Communication preferences in the Partner System. And from now on, you can also see your invoices in the Partner System.
1. Log into the Partner System.
2. Make sure you are under your business view, not the store view.
3. Go to Invoices from the left-hand menu.
4. You will see all your issued invoices. The invoices shown are from 1st August 2024.
To download the invoice just click on a specific invoice row.
Note! Shipping invoices are not shown in the Partner System.
If your email address is outdated, please, log in to our Partner System and change it under Business settings.

How to pay my invoices?
Invoices for our services should be paid by direct transfer and payment details are given at the top of the invoice.
