Understanding Bank Payment Processing
1. Payment Process
Successful payments are transferred directly from the customer's bank account to the merchant's bank account.
2. Timing of Transfers
Instant Transfers: Bank payments are typically made as instant transfers and are completed within seconds.
Delayed Transfers: In cases where instant transfer isn't possible, funds will be transferred via SEPA payment every few hours on working days.
3. Weekend and Holiday Processing
Payments initiated on weekends and public holidays will be credited to the merchant's account on the next working day.
❗️Important
The bank transfer speed depends on the banks that are involved in the transaction, therefore Montonio does not withhold any of your funds.
If a payment is made after 16:00 and hasn't appeared in your bank account, it's likely to arrive as a SEPA payment on the next working day, therefore please kindly wait.
If bank payments do not reach you within one working day, please notify us promptly for assistance.
