Montonio is a payment institution, acting following the license issued by the Bank of Lithuania. As the licensed payment institution, we are obliged to collect and store the information required by the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing of the Republic of Lithuania.

The law obliges us to store the documents and information obtained for eight years from the date of termination of transactions or business relationships with the customer.

Please note that by your request we can only deactivate your account, but not fully delete the personal data related to that account. After the above-indicated period of personal data processing expires, Montonio will delete the personal data in its possession.
