Please be informed that if you have used Montonio services to make a payment, we cannot delete the following data which was needed to provide payment initiation services (upon payers request to initiate a payment for goods/services/etc.): IBAN, date and time of payment, sum, payment description, payment status, metadata (IP address, device info); coupled with the information on the store the payment was made from.

This data cannot be deleted prior to 3 years after the payment has been made as the law requires us, as a licensed payment institution, to store such data.

But we assure you that after the period of personal data processing expires Montonio will delete the personal data in its possession.
