If you have just upgraded the Montonio Shipping solution to the latest version (V2), then you might have noticed that labels are A4 size by default.
How to change label size in the Partner System?
To change label size you will need to print some of the labels from the Partner system to save the changes.
1. Go to the Partner System --> Shipments tab.
2. Select the labels you want to print out --> click Print labels in the upper right corner.
3. Select the label size and printing configurations that suit your needs:
Page configuration - Choose the paper size and how many labels per page you want.
Sort labels chronologically - When turned off, labels are grouped by shipping carrier (All Omniva labels together, then DPD, etc). If turned on, then labels will be sorted based on the order creation date.
4. Take the PDF file to print the labels out.
