Voided payments - What does it mean?

→ These notifications are intended to promptly inform you of any unforeseen changes to the status of your order.

→ In very rare instances, we receive notifications from banks regarding transactions initially marked as successful but subsequently cancelled by the bank.

→ There may also be cases where banks reject all payments for internal reasons, unrelated to a single transaction.

→ Therefore, by sending out these emails, we aim to ensure that you verify whether you have received the payment before dispatching the orders.

What should I do? 🕵️‍♀️

If you got an email saying that a transaction got a Voided status, please kindly check if the status of the payment is correct and the payment was transferred to your bank account.

If you have not received the payment, please kindly contact the customer and ask them to re-pay the order as the money has not been debited from their bank account.
